Chris Hoenigmann is
a Graphic Designer and Art Director based out of New York. He's working for the in-house creative agency at Capital One and has also been designing things for himself and for a short list of clients under 'OneNine' since 2005.
Awards & Recognition
He was awarded a 2010 American Graphic Design Award by Graphic Design USA for his work on the Staten Island Ferry Campaign and was again recognized by Graphic Design USA in 2011 receiving an American In-House Design Award for his work on the Student Bank Program. The Association of National Advertisers (ANA) has selected his work on the Student Bank Program as a finalist in their 2011 Multicultural Awards in Miami this coming November. Chris will be there to represent Capital One.
Education & Experience
Chris held internships with Simplicity Creative Group in the Summer of 2004 and Lego in the Spring of 2005.
He graduated from the Computer Graphics/Digital Arts program at Springfield College in May of 2005 and began freelancing under the name OneNine, completing work for various small businesses and the boutique design shop Print Digital Plus.
In November of 2005 he accepted a full-time position as a Graphic Designer for North Fork Bank on Long Island. In January of 2008 he began his role as Sr. Art Director for the in-house creative agency at Capital One.
